RECAP:
This was my first week back where I really wanted to test the calf. I was able to get in 6 runs for 32 miles with a workout on Sunday of 2 miles @ 5:48 ave then 2 miles @ 5:17 ave. Calf pain is very dull but still lingering on. The calf is really my only concern right now. I feel really good in the pool as well as on the bike. I got two massages this week to try to loosen things up in a more timely manner so hopefully that will pay off.
