We made another road trip to hang out with our friends Laurie & Eric on Saturday and Sunday.  We headed home after Laurie's baby shower on Sunday afternoon.


We thought our cats were big until we realized that their cat "Killer" is 22 lbs.

Jen is really enjoying motherhood.  She just didn't expect to have to take care of TWO babies!!


Claire brought out some attitude this week telling me to "talk to the hand daddy".

This past weekend we spent a couple of days with our friends Laurie and Eric at their home in Burlington.  Laurie's baby shower was on Sunday afternoon so we headed down on Saturday to spend a little extra time with them.  Eric was a teammate of ours at Marquette for two years until he transferred to Arkansas to run on their national championship winning team.  Eric and Laurie met at Arkansas where she was a swimmer.  Back in 2005 I noticed Eric's name in some NC triathlon results and immediately found his email address and contacted him.  Jen and I really enjoy spending time with them.  We have quite a bit in common which makes for fun conversations and we are all extremely competitive which makes things interesting when playing games!!

* 10 lbs 8 oz
* Really fun and smiles at us a lot
* Still on a 3 hour routine
* Blew out her diaper while I was feeding her and got poo on my shorts
* Gets a little tired and cranky during her 6pm feed
* Everything she does is cute to me
