Claire is 14 weeks old and was 11lbs 11oz this week and loves to smile at her parents. She gets interaction with a lot of different people from Jen's clients to our friends and family. Her temperment is still "sweet as can be" aside from when she is really tired.
Dave and Laura came over for a margarita on Friday night. Dave has an internship in Indiana this summer and he headed north on Saturday morning. Laura looked after Claire while we were at the NASCAR race on Saturday night.
Dunner and Joe stayed with us this weekend. They were cross country and track teammates of ours back at Marquette. Even though we rarely see each other we always pick up right where we left off and have a lot of fun together! This weekend we caught the NASCAR All-Star race.
Dunner is getting into triathlon due to a running injury so I dumped all of my triathlon knowledge on him this weekend. We also did a swim analysis and went white water rafting and rock climbing at the US National Whitewater Center on Sunday before he flew out. And.....we drank some Buds as we see in the photo above.
Joe fit in quite nicely with the NASCAR crew this weekend. He had a liquid lunch with his old manager and was primed for the race!! Notice the ear plugs.....he wore those all night......even when we got home.
Jen was designated driver for the night. We left with a couple laps to go since we knew who was going to win.
Something that you may not know about Dunner is that he is very fond of cats. Here's Dunner giving Budinski a hug.
